Price list

There are 28 spacious garage storage units in the back of the Kenwood Community Properties, LLC building.  Currently, all of the garages are rented.  When they are available, they rent $50 per month, a pull-down door with a large bay can hold boats, cars, or any other items needing storage.  Please call Jody Hicks at (315)663-1850 or email her at jlsiegler@hotmail.com to be put on a waiting list if a vacancy occurs.
