Apartments are located on the second floor of the building and designed with senior citizens in mind. We offer six apartment units, and we have only one vacancy at this time.

Garage access, trash and snow removal services included in the rent.  It's a great location to live as it is within walking distance to the Oneida Community Golf Course and the walking trail along the Oneida Creek.  Other amenities include Sherrill Electric, a workout room, common area for small gatherings including a kitchen area as well as a recreation room with ping pong and other gaming activities!
